This document has a dual purpose, both which are very important to the continuation of the Sesame Street Fire Safety Program:

• First, it will assist you in keeping track of the students taught the Fire Safety Behaviors in your classroom, thus aiding in the award of Certificates of Achievement to those students. 

• Second, it will assist us in documenting the success of this program. This is a very important step needed to keep this valuable resource available to you year after year.
