Example & Instructions Page

Instructions so SWD can create your Officer's page:

1. Refer to Jeff Donahue's page for an example of how this page should look.
   

2. Refer to Jeff Donahue's graphic V-Card above for an example of the info SWD needs to create your graphic business card (v-card)
   

3. A good picture of you - send 1 or more that SWD can edit, preferably professional grade and FPAN chapter oriented, or at least in uniform.
   

4. Send me your Outlook V-Card. Or send me your contact info so SWD can create a V-Card for you.
   

5. Example of biographical info desired for your page:

   Remember to refer to Jeff Donahue's page for an example

   Position in FPAN and also Professional Position name and details
   
   Fire Experience - kind of like Job Experience on a resume, but brief
   
   Community Activities or standings
   
   Education - something like Qualifications, Certifications, Training, etc.
   
   Awards and Honors

   Any other info you feel is relevant or that you want to share
