Reginald B. McCollins - President of FPAN

Reginald McCollins has served as an officer of the Fire Prevention Association of Nevada for the last seven years. As President from 2007-2009 and Vice President from 2003-2007, he has been instrumental in the statewide expansion of FPAN, Strategic planning, and program implementation.

Reginald has been employed by the City of Las Vegas Fire & Rescue as a certified Fire Inspector since 2000 and has over 27 years experience in the Fire Service. Throughout his career he has held the positions of Firefighter, Fire Engineer, Lieutenant, Training Officer and is also an Active Duty Reservist for the United States Air Force, serving at Nellis Air Force Base as a Battalion Chief with the Fire Department. Reginald holds NFPA Fire Inspector II, Uniform Fire Code Fire Inspector II Certifications, in addition to numerous other fire-service credentials.

Reggie also finds time to volunteer for the following organizations: American Heart and Lung Association, the National Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Partnerships for Youth at Risk, where he volunteers as a certified instructor.

As President, Reginald’s goal is to promote life safety and increase education to the citizens of Nevada and Association members.
