Sylvia Lee has been a Fire Inspector with Clark County Fire
Department (CCFD) since 2008 and a resident of Las Vegas since 1979.
Prior to joining the CCFD, Sylvia provided full production management services for corporate, private and large
scale events in the convention/hospitality industry for approximately 10 years. Managing these events required
extensive knowledge in budgeting and financing.
Sylvia also served as part of the production team in The Bellagio convention area approving all pyrotechnics,
lasers, aerial rigging, scenery, motor vehicles, seating etc. which required CCFD approval, permitting,
licensing, and insurance.
Sylvia first became familiar with the Fire Prevention Association of Nevada (FPAN) in 2005, when she ran the
FPAN Golf Tournament Fundraiser and managed to raise a significant amount of donations and sponsorship by
promoting and advocating the superior programs FPAN supports.
Sylvia’s passion and dedication to her community continues to motivate her to excel.
