Photo Gallery - Submit to Us

Instructions

Interested in submitting photos of an event to the FPAN Photo Gallery?
Simply follow the instructions below:

1.

Photos can be submitted via email, Zip files, CD-ROM, or hard copy prints

  • If presenting photos as hard copy prints, our webmaster will handle scanning the photos and converting them to digital format.
2.

If submitting digital photos via email or CD-ROM, collect your digital photos into 1 folder, in any of the following formats:

  • JPEG, GIF, PNG, PSD, TIFF
(Most digital cameras save to JPG or TIFF by default)
3.

Digital photos are best if submitted in the following ways:

  • Do not re-size the physical dimensions of the photos, unless they are so
large it will bog down your email. Typical digital camera settings set to
2-3 mega-pixels will produce pictures sizes that are acceptable.
  • If you re-size your photos, re-size them to approximately 500 pixels (width) by 300 pixels (height), minimum. The larger the picture, the greater success we have in editing the picture to present on the website.
  • If in doubt, send the pictures as-is. Our webmaster will edit all photos for size, sharpness, clarity, color, brightness, and contrast. The webmaster will also decide what "fat" to cut off photos to present the most satisfactory image.
4.

Submit your photos

  • If submitting your photos in person or have any questions:

Contact Reginald McCollins at 702.229.0346 to make arrangements
